Creating Notes

Below is a step by step process for creating a Note in the File List Pane

1. Using the Folders Pane locate the file in the File List Pane against which you want to write a Note

2. Click inside the Note Column field of the chosen file and start typing

3. Press Enter to finish the Note

4. When a Note is created or edited a datestamp, timestamp and username of author are added to the Note Edit Date field
