Remembering Files for Slide Shows

By using the button FNO³ will run a slide show of selected files in the File List Pane (see Quick Start Slide Show) . The Slide Show Notes column in the File List Pane (see Customizing Columns) can be used to keep a record of those files used in the Slide Show. 

1. Locate the Folder in the File List Pane to be used to as a source of slide show slides

2. Right Click on the column header to display the Column Menu and select Slide Show

3. In the Slide Show Column check the boxes of the files to be included in the Slide Show

4. Click on the Tools Toolbar to start a slideshow with the selected files

Notes

• When the Slide Show notes column is enabled the slide show will always contain only those files with a checked Slide Show column

• Files from multiple folders can be used for Slide Shows by bringing files together in Collection Catalogs
• The Slide Show notes column title can be changed and used for other purposes (see changing notes titles)
