The Outside-In toolbar provides a variety of tools when
viewing documents. The toolbar below is when Text
Mode is selected
The following table describes the tools available.

Automatically adjust document to fit Viewer window.
- In Text Mode selecting this option will paginate the displayed
document

Show annotations
- Toggles between displaying and hiding all annotations (text
highlights and sticky notes) associated with the selected document

Previous and Next Annotation
- Provides a quick method to move to the previous/next annotation in the
selected document

Highlight selected text
- After selecting this tool place the mouse cursor at the start of
the text to be highlighted
- Click and drag the mouse until the selection includes the text to be
highlighted
- Release the mouse button. The selected area will be highlighted

Sticky Note annotations
- After selecting this tool place the mouse cursor at the text
position where the sticky note is to be created
- In the Attach Sticky Note window that appears enter the text
to be included in the sticky note and select OK

Search for the specified word in the selected
document
- Select Next to jump to the next occurrence of the search word
|

Add a new bookmark for the
currently viewed document |

Launch the document using the
associated Windows application |
 |
Print the document
- In Text Mode a print dialog is displayed enabling specific pages or
the complete document to be printed
- In Page Mode selecting print will print the displayed page
