Writing Your First Note

Let us assume you want to write a note against a book cover image file in your My Pictures folder under My Documents

Step 1 - Browse the Folders Pane to the My Documents\My Pictures folder

Step 2 - Locate the book cover file in the File List Pane

Step 3 - Click your mouse inside the Notes Field beside the file

Step 4 - Type the required text into the field

Step 5 - Press Enter to complete the Note
