Selecting a Columns Template

1. To select a Columns Template click on the icon on the Views Toolbar or the in the View Menu on the Main Toolbar .

2. From the Column Views menu select the desired template from the available list.

• The list contains default templates (Bookmarks, Normal, Path, Thumbnails) as well as Saved Columns Templates

• Save as Normal Template refers to the Template that will be used by all folders that do not contain local template (ctemplate.fnt file) - see Saving Column Templates. 
• Save Columns as Template will enable current Column settings to be used as a template for other folders
• Save Columns in folder will save the current Columns details into a local file called ctemplate.fnt that resides and will be used to determine the column layout within that folder - see Saving Column Templates
