Rename Wizard

FNO³ provides a file rename wizard that is available when using Photo Transfer or when using the FNO³ copy or move tool.

Renaming Files using the Move To tool

1. Select the file or files to be renamed in the File List Pane

2. Right click the file name field to open the context menu

3. Select Copy/Mode To

4. Select Move To

5. In the Browse for Folder window leave the destination folder as the current folder

6. Check the Rename Wizard checkbox

7. In the rename option drop down window select Auto number files

8. In the Auto number files box enter the first part of the filename for the new files

.

Note

• the rename wizard will append the first part of the filename with incremental numbers of the form 001,002 etc.

9. Select OK and the files will be renamed to the new name and displayed in the File List Pane
