The Project Review is one example of how to apply FNO3 Notes within an office environment.
Let us consider that a project team has a design document to review. Each member of the team is required to review the document and submit their remarks.
The electronic copy of the document is maintained on a network drive that has write access to all members of the team.
The team are all equipped with FNO3
Using FNO3 to aid the Review Process
FNO3 can be used to for the sign off process to indicate that each team member has reviewed and signed off the document.
This could be achieved by using Bookmarks as follows:
1. Create bookmarks of the original document for each team member. Assign a bookmark name to the each member of the team

2. Create Note Columns Titles that can be used for sign off information. One possible example is as follows
| Original Note Field Title | Project Folder Title |
| Bookmark | Team Member |
| Start Date | Reviewed Date |
| Notes 1 | Approved |
| Notes 2 | Comments |
This would appear as follows:

3. As the document is reviewed by each team member they can enter the details associated with their review. In our example, each member would enter a Note to indicate the date they last reviewed the document, whether they approved the Document version and any associated comments.
4. After a complete review the Note fields may look as below.

5. The document author can now see the progress of the document review and can easily access team members comments.
