General Tab
| Option | Description |
| Border | Select the type of border for the page |
| Border Style | Select the line style for the border |
| Fit to Page | Choose rules for adjusting contents to page size. Options are Never, Shrink to Fit, Grow to Fit, Always |
| Repeat Title Row | Include column titles on each page |
| Print Graphics | Include graphics (icons, thumbnails) when printing |
| Autosize Columns | Adjust column width when printing to include all text |
| Autosize Rows | Adjust row height when printing to include all text |
| Center on Page | Centre print contents on page |
| Select the Table Font | Select the font to be used in tables |
| Select the Header Font | Select the font to be used in the page header |
| Select the Footer Font | Select the font to be used in the page footer |
Headers/Footers Tab
| Option | Description |
| Date Position | Select position on page of Date information |
| Date Format | Select the Date format. Where dd = day, mm = month, yyyy = year |
| Time Position | Select the page position of the current time |
| Title Position | Select Title Position (see below for Title Text) |
| Title Text | Enter text to be used for the Title of the Page |
| Pages Position | Enter the position for the page number information |
| Prefix | Enter prefix character(s) to be inserted before the Page Number |

| Suffix | Enter suffix character(s) to be inserted after the Page Number |
Margins
| Option | Description |
| mm / inch | Check the unit measurement to be used for margin settings |
| Top Margin | Select Top Margin height |
| Left Margin | Select Left Margin width |
| Bottom Margin | Select Bottom Margin height |
| Right Margin | Select Right Margin width |
| Row Spacing | Select row spacing |
| Column Spacing | Select spacing between columns |
| Title Margin | Select Title Margin height |
| Page Orientation | Select Portrait or Landscape mode for the page orientation |
