Enabling File Detection and Prompting

There are several ways of enabling or disabling File Detection and Prompting:

System Tray

1. Right click on the icon in the System Tray

2. Click either "Detect Opened Files" and/or "Detect Saved Files"

Notes

Select Detect Opened Files to be prompted for a note when the file is opened
Select Detect Saved Files to be prompted for a note when saving a file for the first time

1. From the FNO³ Main Window click on the Main Toolbar Tools menu and then click on Options

2. In the File Notes Options window check the detect option you wish to enable
